Paul Davis Restoration of East San Gabriel Valley | Monrovia, CA
Manage residential and commercial restoration projects following fire and water damage. Oversee crews, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules while keeping customers informed from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Manage budgets, work orders, and job progress.
- Visit job sites to ensure quality and safety.
- Communicate with homeowners and resolve project issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Construction or restoration project management experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in the field.
