We’re looking for someone who combines
sales ability, project management, customer service, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to water, fire/smoke, mold, packout, and specialty-loss opportunities.
- Inspect properties and determine appropriate scopes of work.
- Prepare estimates and supporting documentation.
- Sell projects and obtain signed contracts/authorizations.
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, agents, and property managers.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and internal support staff.
- Monitor schedules, costs, documentation, and profitability.
- Maintain accurate files using Restore 365, Mitigate, DocuSketch, and other systems.
- Meet applicable insurance carrier and TPA requirements.
- Identify legitimate additional restoration needs.
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
- Complete billing, collections, and project closeout.
- Participate in emergency response when needed.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates with experience in
restoration, construction, insurance claims, roofing, remodeling, estimating, property management, home services, or consultative sales.
You should be:
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with customers during stressful situations.
- Confident selling without high-pressure tactics.
- Able to communicate effectively with insurance professionals.
- Focused on revenue, gross profit, collections, and customer service.
- Comfortable holding crews and vendors accountable.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems.
- A strong problem solver who takes ownership.
- Competitive, accountable, and motivated by results.
Restoration experience is valuable, but
sales ability, leadership, character, and willingness to learn are equally important.
