Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Project Manager to lead restoration packout and contents projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys managing people and processes, and takes pride in delivering excellent results.
As a Project Manager, you will be a key driver of project success, ensuring timelines, communication, and quality are executed at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple restoration contents projects from initiation through completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
  • Build and manage job schedules, resources, and project expectations
  • Coordinate field crews, warehouse operations, and subcontracted services
  • Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices
  • Provide consistent job updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track
  • Maintain organized documentation, job files, and billing records
  • Create estimates and manage project documentation using Xactimate
Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of project management experience in the restoration industry 
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Xactimate
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in contents restoration, packouts, or insurance-related projects
  • Familiarity with working directly with adjusters and restoration networks
  • IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Experience:
  • Xactimate Estimating/Invoicing: 1 year (Required)
  • Project Management in Restoration: 2 years (Required)
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
