Restoration Project ManagerMichael & Son Services has been serving homeowners since 1976. We're looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager who can manage restoration projects from the initial inspection through completion, billing, and payment.You'll be responsible for keeping multiple projects moving, communicating with customers and insurance partners, coordinating crews and vendors, and making sure the work is properly documented and completed. Northern Virginia / Washington, D.C. areaWhat You'll DoInspect new restoration losses and determine the work neededExplain the restoration process to customers and sell recommended workDevelop and review scopes of work and make sure crews understand what needs to be doneManage multiple projects at onceKeep customers updated throughout the projectCommunicate with insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, and other partnersMonitor drying progress, schedules, jobsite conditions, and changes to the scope of workMake sure files are properly documented and ready for billingFollow up on anything holding up billing or paymentIdentify problems early and take action to keep projects movingMake sure completed work meets company standards before the project is closedParticipate in a rotating after-hours on-call scheduleWhat We're Looking ForMust-HavesExperience managing projects in restoration, construction, insurance, or a related fieldStrong organization and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple active projects independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with customers, crews, and other professionalsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAble to travel throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and surrounding service areasAbility to work a rotating On Call ScheduleYou'll Stand Out If You HaveResidential water mitigation or restoration experienceExperience inspecting and selling restoration workIICRC certificationsKnowledge of structural drying and water mitigationExperience with Xactimate, Encircle, or similar softwarePay & Benefits$50,000 Base Salary + CommissionYou'll earn 2.5% commission when you sell a job and another 2.5% commission when the job is collected on.Benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceFSA401(k) with company matchPaid time offTake-home company vehicleWe're looking for someone who is organized, responsive, communicates well, and takes ownership of their projects.
