    Summary

We are hiring a Restoration Project Coordinator to support our Reconstruction Project Managers and keep reconstruction projects organized, documented, and moving forward.  This role requires strong organization, confident communication, and the ability be professional when holding both clients and internal team members accountable professionally.

    Responsibilities

    ·       “I can’t invoice this until your daily logs and photos are uploaded.”
    ·       “We need your deductible paid before reconstruction can be scheduled.”
    ·       “We still need the signed work authorization to proceed.”
    ·       “We need the adjuster’s approval in writing before we start this scope.”

If you avoid follow-up, dislike phone calls, or struggle to be direct when needed, this role will not be a good fit.
