    Job Summary

    The Lightspeed Restoration Field Supervisor leads restoration crews performing emergency water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, and indoor air quality services for residential and commercial properties.

    This position is responsible for managing daily job site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Field Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager or Project Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, train, and supervise Field Technicians
    • Assign daily work and monitor productivity
    • Manage multiple restoration projects
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures, OSHA, and IICRC standards
    • Perform moisture inspections and monitor drying progress
    • Operate and oversee restoration equipment including extractors, air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and air scrubbers
    • Build containments and perform advanced demolition as needed
    • Complete accurate job documentation, moisture logs, and photographs
    • Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, and office staff
    • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
    • Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment
    • Participate in the on-call emergency rotation

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of restoration, construction, or related field experience
    • Previous leadership or crew management experience preferred
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lead by example and solve problems in the field
    • Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions

    • FSRT
    • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

    Compensation: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
