Restoration Business Developer

Job Description:

This company is actively seeking a driven and experienced Restoration Business Developer to grow its commercial and residential book of business and support continued growth. An established, IICRC-certified restoration company with 24/7 emergency response, they're looking for a motivated relationship-builder with strong restoration and insurance industry connections to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and wants to play a key role in building a strong restoration brand in the Dallas market.

Requirements:

- Well-established and growing restoration company handling water, fire, mold, and storm losses.

- Full-time, field-based sales role focused on generating mitigation and reconstruction revenue.

- Build and manage relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, and commercial facilities.

- Prospect, network, and run lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and industry association events.

- Track pipeline and activity in CRM; hit monthly revenue and referral goals.

- Territory covers Dallas and surrounding areas.

- Requires 2+ years of restoration, insurance, or construction-related business development experience.

- Established network in the DFW restoration/insurance community strongly preferred; IICRC a plus.

- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is outgoing, organized, and confident closing new accounts.
