Job Description

Jimmy Johns is looking to add some Freaky Fast Crew Members to our team! If you have a love for serving customers and love to work in a fast paced environment, then Jimmy Johns is a great part time job for you! Requirements are a positive attitude and the ability to work as a part of a team. We will train on all the proper procedures within the store and we love to promote from within!

Positions start at $13.25 plus tips during training and $13.50 once completed! Pay will continue to grow with you as you develop your JJ skills and we offer a clear path to move up within the company.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be energetic and support a positive work environment
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Essential Functions include:

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including lobby area, restrooms, kitchen, etc.
• Greets customers and takes orders - operates cash register - collects payment from customer and makes change.
• Executes blow away greetings and farewells
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Performs other related duties as required
