Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold Firehouse Subs' product standards
• Assist the General Manager with operational oversight during assigned shifts
• Greet and thank every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
• Operate food preparation equipment and manage cash register transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and security protocols
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Essential Qualifications

• Experience with register operations
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, scoop, and move throughout each shift
• Capability to work in cold environments (walk-in refrigerator/freezer: 40°F to -10°F)
• High school degree or equivalent
