Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quality sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts following company recipes
• Operate multiple stations including load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, and cash
• Customer Service and servicing our guests is our top priority
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the shop
• Handle customer orders, complaints, and inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 16 years old with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and handle fast-paced environments
• Strong verbal communication and basic knife handling skills
• Commitment to personal hygiene and wearing a clean uniform
• Willingness to complete required food safety training

This position is eligible to participate in the shop's tip pool, distributed proportionally by hours worked.
