Restaurant Team Member

As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. Team Members may work in Front of House and/or Back of House positions, helping deliver genuine hospitality, prepare high-quality food, maintain food safety standards, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
• Prepare, cook, and serve Chick-fil-A menu items according to our quality standards.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently in the dining room, drive-thru, curbside, or other service areas.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Keep workstations organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members and Leaders to achieve daily goals.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and follow all operational procedures.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's mission, vision, and core values every day.

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30–60 pounds as needed.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
