The Restaurant Supervisorplays a key role in supporting service excellence and operational success across the property'sdining venues. Position OverviewThe Restaurant Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the restaurant and related diningservices, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, staff supervision, andadherence to company standards. This position provides hands-on leadership, supports employeedevelopment, and works closely with culinary and management teams to maintain operationalexcellence. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervising daily restaurant operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and special events as assigned.Ensure service standards are consistently executed across all dining outlets.Assist with banquet and event execution to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a visible presence on the floor and support team members during service. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor guest feedback and communicate opportunities for improvement.  Train, coach, and mentor front-of-house associates. Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and labor management. Support onboarding and performance management activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with culinary and management teams on menu rollouts, promotions, and special events. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout restaurant areasQualifications2–4 years of restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and guest service standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience training and motivating team members.Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
