Red Hawk Golf and Resort is now hiring for a Part Time Restaurant Supervisor to join the leadership team at David's Grill. This position plays an important role in supporting daily restaurant operations while helping create an exceptional guest experience for our members, golfers, locals, and resort guests.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily supervision of restaurant operations
- Support daily restaurant activities including serving tables, bussing, seating guests, and cashier duties as needed
- Help lead and motivate bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff
- Conduct and assist with pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu updates, events, and service expectations
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Help maintain high service standards and overall guest satisfaction
- Assist with inventory, cost controls, and closing procedures
- Follow all applicable health, safety, alcohol beverage, and local/state regulations
- Practice and promote safe work habits
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage and Restaurant Manager
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Gaming environment experience is a plus
- Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to lead by example and provide positive direction to staff
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws preferred
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Working Conditions:
- Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, and active floor supervision
- Regular use of hands and arms for reaching and carrying items
- Occasionally required to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak golf and holiday seasons
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
