    Core Responsibilities

    • Shift Management: Coordinate daily operations, run pre-shift team meetings, and handle opening or closing duties.
    • Staff Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise hosts, servers, and bussers; manage staff scheduling to cover peak hours.
    • Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor dining room satisfaction, and handle customer complaints quickly and professionally.
    • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, hygiene, and sanitation regulations across the dining and kitchen areas.
    • Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels for food, beverages, and cleaning supplies, and assist with ordering.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience: 1 to 3 years of customer service or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework is a plus.
    • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Physical: Ability to stand and walk for long work shifts in a fast-paced environment

    Qualifications:

    • Foremost, must be able to provide Award Winning Service by exceeding brand standards by evidence of Hilton Guest Service scores. Must be a Team player and interact exceptionally well with other departments and fellow associates.
    • Prior Bartender/server experience required.
    • Excellent time management, organizational and self- management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure during high volume times to achieve Service and F&B sales budgets/targets.
    • Confident, self-driven, dynamic and loves to learn. Has a strong ability to take direction and suggestion from others.
    • Loves the interaction with the public, extroverted personality – genuine care for others demonstrated by daily interactions.
