About Us: Tower of the Americas is a 750-foot observation tower-restaurant located in the heart of San Antonio, offering breathtaking views of the city. Our retail store provides a variety of souvenirs and gifts that capture the essence of San Antonio. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team.

Job Summary: As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tower of the Americas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing dining room, and assisting guests tableside. You will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers. • Greet guests at the table. • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization. • Assist with servers, hosts, bartenders, and bussers. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with management. • Promote and upsell Tower of the Americas special promotions. • Work the circle.

Qualifications: Previous restaurant supervisor or management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Tipped Position: This position does not earn tips.
