Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, cash handling, and station management
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant
• Handle customer orders, inquiries, and resolve complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Support training and development of team members to maintain excellent service quality

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
• At least 18 years old with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently
• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Willingness to complete required food safety training
• Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to five hours
• Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
