Position Type:

• Full-time Shift Lead
• Day Shift (5:30 am-3 pm) and Evening Shift (3 pm-11:30 pm) Available
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Front of House and Back of House Positions available

Responsibilities include:

• Lead closing or opening shifts in the restaurant
• Assist Restaurant Managers in leading the team
• Manage a team of 15-25 people
• Train and encourage employees to accomplish business goals
• Ensure operational standards are met at all times
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals

Front of House Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals
• Ensure strict alignment to Chick-fil-A standards
• Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and and consistent guest experience
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Protect the interest of the operator

Back of House Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Ensure strict alignment to all Food Safety requirements and Chick-fil-A standards
• Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times
• Manage Waste and Food cost, and create an environment of good stewardship
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and consistent guest experience
• Train and develop team members
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Protect the interests of the operator

Required Skills:

• Experience managing shifts and daily business operations
• Experience leading teams to meet business goals
• Experience giving feedback and coaching team members to meet standards
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
