Restaurant Shift Lead – Salata Salad Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts 

• Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality 

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards 

• Assist with opening and closing procedures 

• Support the training and development of team members 

• Help manage daily operations and resolve issues as they arise

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Reliable transportation and flexible availability 

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain one

Schedule / Available Shifts:

• Monday - Saturday: 2:00 PM - 9:50 PM
• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
