Position Title: Server/Bartender

About the Role:
We’re seeking a friendly and outgoing server/bartender to join our team. If you enjoy chatting with people, have a keen eye for detail, and love ensuring guests have a great time, you might be a perfect fit!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and seat them with a smile.
- Take food and drink orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and with care.
- Mix and serve drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
- Keep the bar and dining area clean and organized.
- Pay attention to guests’ alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
- Handle payments and operate the register smoothly.
- Answer questions, resolve any issues, and make sure guests leave happy.
- Work well with the team to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in serving or bartending
- Friendly, sociable, and good at making guests feel welcome.
- Able to handle busy moments and multitask.
- Knowledge of drinks and food menus is a bonus.
- Able to handle cash and use a POS system.
- Flexible with hours— including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Capable of repetitive movements like pouring and mixing.
