Chick-fil-A Restaurant Operations Director

This full-time position works alongside other directors and across dayparts to ensure operational excellence in all areas of our business.

We look for individuals who are flexible and willing to work within our operations, understand how to care for and lead others, and can execute big ideas to get results that meet or exceed our business goals. Our starting pay range for Restaurant Operations Directors is $22.00+ per hour but can vary depending on experience.

Operations Leader Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Lead people and systems to achieve operational excellence and business goals
• Follow and lead all Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale systems, processes, and policies
• Ability to lead and inspire others to achieve desired outcomes and results within the business
• Provide training and support to others reflecting all Chick-fil-A Operating Guidelines and Procedures
• Set clear expectations, teach skills, provide resources, and hold people accountable to consequences
• Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Maintain a fun and positive work environment
• Must be able to work across all dayparts and Saturdays (As the business needs)
• Must be willing to work within Kitchen and Hospitality Operations - This is a hands on, lead from the front, in-operations role!
