Compensation range for this role is $44,000-$54,000/year + 10% bonus potential.
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
As a Restaurant Office Administrator at Cooper’s Hawk, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the front and back of house through a wide range of administrative, financial, and event-related responsibilities. In partnership with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center, you’ll ensure smooth office operations, accurate financial processes, and exceptional private event coordination. - Support Team Members by answering payroll, benefits, and policy questions while assisting with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Assist with screening applications and processing employment paperwork

- Maintain accountability for all aspects of private events, including bookings, contracts, BEO accuracy, banquet materials, room setup, payments, and event execution using Tripleseat and Eventbrite.
- Demonstrate discipline in managing administrative operations, including payroll, vacation requests, invoices, gratuity systems, cash reconciliation, uniform inventory, marketing collateral and employment paperwork.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining operational excellence
- Drive disciplined execution through planning, prioritization, and follow-through
- Ensure compliance by tracking health and safety certifications, maintaining required postings, and partnering with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center on policies and procedures.
- Manage daily Wine Club Membership data entry and reservation system support while ensuring accurate administrative records and efficient restaurant operations.
Community Cultivator: Emphasizes connections, team member and guest experience, and brand advocacy.
- Foster collaboration across restaurant teams and lead with open, respectful communication
- Partner with the management team to drive operational success

What You Will Bring
- Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values
- Six months of supervisory experience
- Cash handling experience
- A minimum age requirement of 18 years
- One year of event planning experience required
- Organized self-starter who anticipates event needs, multi-tasks, discerns work priorities, and meets deadlines with little supervision
- Acts as a Cooper’s Hawk brand ambassador and trusted liaison with Team Members, managers, vendors, and suppliers
- Manages competing priorities under strict deadlines, must have problem solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt and lead others in times of change
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a passion for delivering Uncompromising Hospitality and developing high-performing teams
- Is results-driven; able to coach team to hit restaurant targets (i.e. Wine Club Community growth) with a strong business acumen and financial decision-making skills
- Has the ability to read, understand and communicate in English
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week in a variety of shifts
