Restaurant Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Director who will help us continue to build a positive, people-focused environment while making a significant impact in our local community. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.

Deliverables
Vision and Culture
• Cultivate a culture of care by executing the following systems:
o Celebrating milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries with handwritten cards/gift
cards
o Celebrate holidays and events as a team and show everyone is valued
o Print and present employee spotlight certificates
o Update dining room community board
o Develop new systems and processes around employee engagement and retention
Marketing
Creating a yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plan
Stewardship of the marketing budget
Taking full responsibility for putting the marketing plan into action which will include:
o Fundraisers, donation requests and other community support opportunities
o Utilizing social networks and email for marketing needs and keep social media
accounts current
Promotion of local, regional and national campaigns
Sales
Creating partnerships within the community to build the brand of Chick-fil-A
Creating and managing an annual overall sales goal with the corresponding strategies and
expected outcomes
Creating and managing annual goals for catering and outside sales opportunities
Creating and managing annual goals for mobile channels and potential delivery operations.
