As a Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure our guests receive outstanding service every visit.
Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Coach, develop, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and creating memorable experiences
Monitor labor, food costs, waste, inventory, and cash controls
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
Conduct restaurant inspections and operational walk-throughs
Manage ordering, inventory counts, and vendor deliveries
Complete administrative duties including audits, employee documentation, and reporting
Step into operational roles when needed to support the team and maintain service standards
