Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking managers for our Tampa Bay locations! Applicants must possess the following skills and qualities:

• Oversee day to day restaurant operations
• Beer, wine, and liquor inventories
• Staff hiring, training, and coaching
• Guest recoveries on site and social media
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ensuring all employees comply with company rules, standards, and policies
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Writing and organizing employee schedules
• Monitor profit and loss including labor, waste, and spending
• Ordering supplies for the restaurant including but not limited to beer, wine, and liquor, food products, uniforms, and office supplies
• Must have your Manager Serve Safe certificate
• Leadership skills that include being a good communicator, motivator, and problem solver
• Must be punctual and be able to accept constructive criticism from upper management and ownership

Main Street Entertainment Group, is a restaurant management and development group.
