Applicant must have:
- knowledge and ability to manage Labor & Food Cost
- Great Customer Service and Guest Recovery skills
- can lead from the kitchen and be comfortable cooking, prepping, packing and taking Drive thru orders.
- Experience of Drive Thru and ability to maintain Speed of Service of 3 mins or under
- Strong and Intelligent employee management skills with ability to maintain discipline.
- Cash/Deposit handling responsibility
- Sharp Awareness of all aspects of shift to ensure smooth operations, for example:
a) Product availability by being proactive during rush periods.
b) Intelligent use of labor and delegation of tasks
c) being an expeditor between kitchen and service stations.
- other duties may include but not limited to, inventory count, store cleaning and maintenance, staff training.
