4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager with a strong service and hospitality background to join our Middleton team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, creating memorable guest experiences and making sure the restaurant runs smoothly from open to close.

While your primary focus will be front-of-house service and hospitality, we're looking for a well-rounded restaurant leader who is comfortable jumping in wherever the team needs support.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead the front-of-house team and set the standard for outstanding guest service
• Create a welcoming, energetic and positive experience for every guest
• Coach, develop and motivate team members and shift leaders
• Be present on the floor and actively lead the guest experience
• Monitor service, cleanliness, food quality and overall restaurant execution
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
• Help build schedules and manage staffing to support great service
• Support hiring, interviewing, training and onboarding of new team members
• Communicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountable
• Partner with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to keep the entire restaurant operating as one team
• Support sales, labor, inventory, ordering and other operational goals
• Lead shifts and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Jump in wherever needed — whether that's helping the service team, supporting the kitchen or solving an unexpected challenge

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience
• Strong front-of-house, guest service or hospitality experience
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The confidence to make decisions and lead a team during a busy shift
• A hands-on leadership style — you're not afraid to jump in and help
• The ability to work collaboratively with both service and kitchen teams

Compensation & Benefits

$55,000–$60,000 annual salary, based on experience, plus monthly bonus potential.
