The opportunity

Patina Group, a division of Delaware North, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, California. A collaboration between Dior and three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn, Monsieur Dior offers an elevated dining experience inspired by seasonal ingredients, artistic presentation, and iconic fashion and cultural influences. Team members deliver exceptional cuisine and service in an elegant, world-class setting.

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead service from the dining room floor, setting the tone for the guest experience while coaching and developing the team. This hands-on role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for hospitality excellence. Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $70,304 - $111,300 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for front-of-house service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
  • Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for corrections needed
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks, menu maintenance, handling reservations, ordering and inventory, and executing events

More about you

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a managerial position in a full-service restaurant with similar volume, capacity and standard of service
  • ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Responsible Beverage Service certifications
  • Strong fine dining wine and spirits knowledge
  • Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • No degree required
