Duties and Responsibilities:• Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
• Provides administrative and executive support to ownership and senior leadership
• Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates appointments
• Assists with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
• Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Maintains confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinates communication between ownership, management teams, vendors, and external partners
• Assists with special projects across multiple restaurant concepts and business entities
• Supports restaurant operations by assisting management teams with staffing, scheduling, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and operational initiatives
• Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting, labor reporting, and operational reporting
• Reviews and assists with invoices, accounts payable documentation, and financial record organization
• Maintains organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Fosters a positive work environment
• Maintains healthy relationships with resort leadership, vendors, and ownership
• Effectively schedules line-level staff to established pars and understands labor management principles
• Cognizant of the importance of waste control, inventory management, and limiting breakage
• Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date
• Must have TAM Card up to date
• All other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:• Minimum 2 years of management experience in full-service, moderate- to high-volume restaurants required
• Previous experience supporting executives, ownership, or senior leadership preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, scheduling, inventory controls, and financial reporting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), POS systems, and restaurant technology platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
• Vast food, beverage, and hospitality product knowledge
• Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, ownership, and business partners
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate operational and administrative needs
• Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and supporting multiple locations or business entities
