Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations while supporting daily restaurant performance and service excellence. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, builds strong teams, and enjoys being on the floor with guests and staff. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily FOH operations and uphold service and brand standards
Support hiring, training, and development of hourly team members
Actively coach and develop team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Maintain guest satisfaction through a visible, service-focused presence on the floor
Partner with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
Monitor labor, inventory, and operational performance to support profitability
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant management
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
High energy and passion for hospitality
Experience with scheduling, labor, and FOH inventory a plus
