Restaurant Manager

On The Kirb is an organic eatery + sports bar redefining casual dining in Houston.

We serve clean, scratch-made food, organic ingredients, craft drinks, and create high-energy environments where people gather, watch games, and eat well.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group looking for a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations, protect our standards, and build a team that delivers consistent hospitality every shift.

This is not just a floor manager role.

You'll be responsible for leading the team, driving sales, controlling costs, enforcing standards, and making sure every guest experience matches the brand we are building.

What you'll do:

• Lead daily restaurant operations with urgency, ownership, and professionalism
• Coach, train, and hold the team accountable to our hospitality standards
• Drive sales through strong floor presence, guest engagement, and team leadership
• Maintain consistency in food quality, drinks, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
• Support labor control, scheduling, inventory, and operational systems
• Build a positive culture where the team takes pride in doing things the right way
• Help execute events, game days, brunch, happy hour, and high-volume shifts

Who this is for:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership presence and ability to hold people accountable
• Experience in full-service restaurants, sports bars, or high-volume hospitality concepts
• Comfortable managing labor, sales, guest experience, and team performance
• Organized, reliable, and systems-driven
• Operator mindset — standards, consistency, urgency, and accountability
• Someone who wants to grow with a fast-expanding hospitality group
