Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us establish and maintain our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for hospitality, and a drive for success. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast casual or similar setting
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety standards, inventory management, and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
ServSafe certification is a plus
