Restaurant Manager Hobo's Rock Hill

An established, growing company is looking for a dynamic, polished Front of the House Manager with strong tenure and a positive attitude along with strong ties in the community. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

· Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations

· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

· 3+ years of progressive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service restaurant

· Event Management experience is a plus

· Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and ability to follow through

· Experience with a volume of at least 3.5+ million in annual sales

· Open availability including the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
