Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on
Restaurant Manager who can lead a team, keep operations tight, and step in wherever needed. This is not a sit-in-the-office role—you’re on the floor, in the kitchen, and making things happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (front + back of house)
- Lead, schedule, and support staff
- Ensure strong customer service and smooth service flow
- Handle inventory, ordering, and basic cost control
- Jump in during rushes—expo, line, or front as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards
Schedule:
- Mix of mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Weekend availability required
- Full-time
What We’re Looking For:
- Restaurant management or strong leadership experience
- Can handle pressure and make quick decisions
- Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Leads by example—no ego, no excuses
- Reliable and consistent
Qualifications: - High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
