• Excellent leadership, execution, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Familiarity with food safety standards and applicable U.S. restaurant labor regulations.
  
  
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  
  
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete required payroll tax documentation.
