We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Wilkes-Barre, PA!

What You'll Do:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations with a focus on the kitchen / BOH
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Lead food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls
- Mentor, train, and develop kitchen staff to build a high-performing team
- Partner with management team to achieve sales, labor, and guest satisfaction goals

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or similar role
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Food safety certification a plus
