Restaurant Manager

In this role, you'll lead our restaurant operations, ensuring both financial success and exceptional customer service. You'll recruit, hire, and train a passionate team dedicated to providing an unforgettable dining experience, while also ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations. With a minimum of 2–3 years of managerial experience in food service, you'll be instrumental in driving our mission forward.

Starting salary: $80,000+

$80,000+

• Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
• Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
• Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
• Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution
• Create a comprehensive plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses

• Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
• This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
• Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
