Are you a confident leader who knows how to motivate a team, deliver results, and keep the energy strong—even during the morning rush? We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead from the front and create a restaurant where employees and guests feel welcome.

Schedule Commitment

• Five-day workweek
• Minimum of 45 hours per week
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

What You’ll Own

• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and motivate a winning team
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
• Maintain Dunkin’ brand standards for food quality, beverage accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, cash controls, and restaurant profitability
• Improve drive-thru speed and order accuracy
• Keep the restaurant inspection-ready and EcoSure-ready every day
• Maintain proper staffing and ensure shifts run smoothly
• Address employee and guest concerns professionally
• Create a positive, accountable, team-first culture
• Lead by example—because great managers don’t just give directions; they set the pace

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant management or strong leadership experience
• High energy, excellent communication, and a solutions-first mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Confidence coaching employees and holding the team accountable
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Commitment to Dunkin’ operational standards and exceptional guest service
