ROLE MISSION
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, running shifts, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This role exists to maintain control of the restaurant during service while developing the team, upholding standards, and ensuring alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
The Restaurant Manager sets the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and execution. This role requires strong leadership presence, clear communication, and the ability to manage both people and performance in real time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run opening and closing shifts, taking full ownership of the operation during service
- Lead and manage front-of-house team performance and guest experience
- Maintain visibility on the floor and actively manage the flow of service
- Coach, train, and develop team members to meet performance standards
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless execution between FOH and BOH
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Lead by example in hospitality, communication, and accountability
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage a shift in real time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Commitment to hospitality, service standards, and team culture
CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification
Both certifications are required for this role and must be obtained within 30 days of employment if not already current.
SCHEDULE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 40-hour workweek
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

- Completion of required hiring assessments prior to application review
- Background screening required for this role, consistent with applicable law
- Certification uploads required in Proliant
