We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. 
 
**Duties:**

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with coordination of catering and special events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Open and close the restaurant following managerial procedures.
  • Seat guests, help in expo, or run food as necessary
  • Be a positive influence on our staff
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our staff and our guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**
 
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in casual or upscale casual dining restaurants.
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
  • Open availability
Expected hours: 25-32 per week
We understand that that this is not a 40+ hour per week position and are not requiring that we be your only employment. We do need to be your first obligation.
