Restaurant Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
• Passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service
• Ability to develop and lead a team
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for effective execution
