Operational Excellence & Guest Experience

• Maintain a guest-first culture ensuring friendly and efficient service
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals
• Follow and enforce safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Execute brand standards and complete audits to drive continuous improvement
• Implement marketing promotions and new product rollouts with team training and sampling

• Control costs to maximize restaurant profitability
• Set and track sales goals to achieve top-line growth
• Use financial data and reports to make informed decisions and adjustments

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong math and financial management skills
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
