About the Role
Fast-growing restaurant looking for a Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and partner with the General Manager. You'll lead shifts, coach teams, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and help drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise shifts to ensure excellent service and food quality
Train, coach, and retain team members
Support sales, labor, and financial performance goals
Ensure company policies, safety, and health standards are followed
Complete opening and closing duties
Maintain equipment and operational standards
Requirements
Restaurant management experience (at least five years)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
