What You'll Do
- Guide restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences, using your own leadership style to keep service flowing smoothly
- Support operational rhythms without rigid oversight, helping the team stay aligned while allowing room for flexibility and creative problem-solving
- Lead daily leadership tasks — including financials, payroll, and scheduling — with the autonomy to adapt approaches that work best for your team
- Build a guest-first culture by coaching and developing your team in ways that feel natural, collaborative, and supportive
- Navigate challenges with agility, adjusting plans as needed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Partner with kitchen and service teams to create seamless, relaxed, and enjoyable dining experiences for guests and staff alike
