Lucky’s Roadside Stand is hiring a hands-on Restaurant Manager to run its new counter-service restaurant inside Ridge Hall in Ambler, PA.
This is a small restaurant with a 5–10-person team where you’ll manage the entire operation, not just one side of it. You’ll oversee FOH and BOH, work alongside the kitchen team, cook when needed, train employees, manage service, and own the day-to-day systems that keep the restaurant running.
Strong kitchen skills are required. This is not a desk-based management position. You should be comfortable leading a shift, interacting with guests, working alongside the team, cooking during service, and stepping wherever you’re needed to keep the restaurant moving.
If you have strong kitchen experience, enjoy managing people, and want responsibility for a complete restaurant operation, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a small operation within an established, growth-oriented restaurant group.
