What You'll Do
- Lead the team! Run successful shifts and oversee daily FOH and BOH operations.
- Develop future leaders! Coach, train, and motivate team members to reach their potential.
- Deliver great hospitality! Create exceptional guest experiences every shift.
- Drive results! Partner with the GM on labor, inventory, food costs, and operational performance.
- Own your shifts! Manage opening, closing, cash handling, food safety, and restaurant standards.
- Get GM-ready! Build the leadership and business skills needed to take the next step in your career.
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant management or shift leadership experience
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and developing people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on leadership style with a drive for results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Required food safety certification
