    Description

    This role requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for travel between café locations as needed. To be considered, applicants must meet both requirements.

     What You’ll Do

    • Lead daily cafe operations, delivering quality food and friendly, efficient service.
    • Hire, train, coach, and develop your team, creating an environment where people feel supported and motivated to succeed.
    • Manage sales, labor, food costs, and other operating goals.
    • Create a clean, safe, and welcoming cafe for our guests and team members.
    • Build relationships with guests and your team to create memorable experiences.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 1+ year of Restaurant Manager experience
    • High-volume, fast-casual or full-service restaurant experience preferred.
    • A people-first approach and a passion for food, hospitality, and developing others.
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
    • Flexibility to commute up to 25 - 30 miles each way to your assigned cafe.
    • A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between cafe locations as needed.
    • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
