Proof of the Pudding is hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team! We are looking for passionate, dependable cooks who enjoy preparing creative, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, upscale casual dining environment.

• Prepare and cook menu items, including sandwiches, brunch dishes, and seasonal specialties.
  

• Ensure consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation.
  

• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workstation.
  

• Work closely with the culinary team during busy service periods.
  

• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
  

• Assist with inventory, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations.
  

• 1 3 years of line cook experience preferred.
  

• Experience in upscale casual or New American cuisine a plus.
  

• Strong cooking skills, knife techniques, and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
  

• Dependable, organized, and a strong team player.
  

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
