Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements

• Manage reservation systems and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
• Present menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive dining experience
