We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Host / Busser to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Union Station hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in both hosting and bussing in a restaurant setting.
Responsibilities: - Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable
- Assist with food and beverage service as needed
- Handle guest concerns in a professional manner
- Clear and reset tables
- Maintain health and safety regulations and follow all food safety requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Host, Busser, or Food Runner is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely
- Ability to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
