What We're Looking For
- Proven restaurant management experience
- Strong people leadership and team-development skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Hands-on, high-energy leadership style with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-recovery skills
- Food safety certification
- Toast and 7shifts experience is a plus!
